Tomato "Uragan" F1

* Tomatoes, canned without sterilization.
It is recommended to take tomatoes of pink, brown or milky color. Sort the tomatoes by ripeness, wash.
Put 1/3 of the spices prescribed by the recipe at the bottom of the jar, then put the tomatoes tightly up to half of the jar.
Add another third of the spices on top, then the tomatoes and the rest of the spices on top. Pour the filled cans with chilled brine of 5-6% concentration (for 1 liter of water - 50-60 g of salt). Cork the jars and place in a cool place.
During storage, fermentation occurs, so it may happen that the lid breaks off. If this happens, add brine to the jar and reseal with a new boiled lid.
For a 3-liter jar: 1.6 kg of tomatoes, 50 g of dill, 15 g of garlic, 3 g of red capsicum, 15 g of currant leaves, celery, parsley, 30 g of sweet pepper, 2 bay leaves.
